If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you can always return it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping.
Funds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition as received, with all tags intact.

In the event that you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, it is eligible for a free return. Please contact us for an RMA # and return instructions, so that we can supply you with a pre-paid shipping label. A full refund will be issued after the package is returned to us.
We currently cannot exchange your item with a different item from our store, however we do accept returns. Since we only carry a single item for many of the styles that we have in stock, we cannot guarantee that by the time your return is delivered to us, the exchange item will remain for sale. For that reason we advise our customers that want an exchange to send back their original item for a return and purchase any other item that they want instead.

We do our best to ensure that each and every one of our customers are 100% happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we will gladly take it back for a refund. If the item(s) are missing any parts/accessories or there are any signs of wear, damage, heavy perfumes or smoke, we will not be able to issue the refund. The item(s) will then be sent back to the customer at the buyers expense.
In any case, we encourage customers to contact us first and give us an opportunity to fix any errors that might have occurred, we will do our best to make it right for you!
If you accidentally returned an item that was not purchased from us please contact us as soon as possible so we can put an alert on your account. We will do our best to locate the item, however we are not liable for any item(s) that are returned to us in error. We also highly suggest that you contact your carrier and request for the package to be returned back to the sender.
Our listing team inspects each item that is processed and put up for sale on our website. We acknowledge that from time to time a mistake might happen and a defect will go unnoticed by our team. If you received the wrong item or an item that has a defect that was not described, we will gladly take it back for a refund, and will cover all associated shipping costs.
